Products & Pricing.
We make every effort to ensure product information, availability and pricing are accurate. Occasionally errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct inaccurate information or pricing and to change prices without notice.
Products displayed with a price of £0.00 are examples or unavailable products and cannot be purchased at that price. Images are provided for illustrative and informational purposes and may not always represent the exact appearance of a finished piece.
Copyright & Designs.
The designs, photography, imagery, text and other content displayed on this website are protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish or commercially use our designs or website content without our prior written permission. Content may be printed for legitimate personal purposes relating to Titcombe Bespoke.

Gift Vouchers.
Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable. John Titcombe Ltd cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen vouchers.
Gift vouchers are redeemable at our Clifton Village and Cirencester stores.
Delivery.
Orders remain our responsibility until received by the recipient, subject to the terms of the delivery service. Any parcel that appears damaged or tampered with should be identified as DAMAGED when signing for the delivery and reported to us promptly.
International deliveries may be subject to local taxes, customs duties or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are outside our control and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Saturday delivery is not guaranteed unless specifically arranged.
Returns.
Returned jewellery remains the customer’s responsibility until it has been received by John Titcombe Ltd with the appropriate packaging and documentation. Please refer to our delivery and returns information for full details.
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned where applicable.
Purchases made in our stores may be exchanged or returned for a voucher of the same value, subject to our applicable returns policy and your statutory rights.
